	Attend the meetings/functions of the Assembly to help achieve its objectives whenever possible;
	Share in the spiritual burden of the Assembly by way of prayer and encouragement;
	Accept the pastoral ministry of the Assembly and the Doctrinal basis for membership as stated at the back of this form.

I expect the Assembly to:

	Help me in my spiritual walk with the Lord;
	Provide pastoral guidance, care and prayer when needed;
	Provide counsel when needed;
	Help me in Christian instruction.
